*We try our best to keep all items in stock. After your purchase has been completed, you can normally expect your package to be packed and shipped within 5 working days  – no matter where you live.

If the ordered item is out-of-stock we will email you immediately so that can decide whether you wish us to place it on back order for you.

* The customer’s must report any damage in transit or missing items to us  within 7 days of delivery. Provided prompt notice is given and provided it’s to our satisfaction that such damage/loss of content occurred in transit but not otherwise, we will refund or replace such goods free of charge to the customer.

Returns & replacements

We do our absolute best to make sure you are happy with your purchase! If you’re unhappy in any way, please send a email to contact@by-lin-online.com stating your order number and the nature of the problem.

  • Your exchange / return must be postmarked within 30 days of the initial ship date.
  • Exchanges / returns received in worn condition will not be exchanged / refunded
  • Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method
  • Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error
