Shipping & delivery
*We try our best to keep all items in stock. If the ordered item is out-of-stock we will email you immediately so that can decide whether you wish us to place it on back order for you.
* The customer’s must report any damage in transit or missing items to us within 7 days of delivery. Provided prompt notice is given and provided it’s to our satisfaction that such damage/loss of content occurred in transit but not otherwise, we will refund or replace such goods free of charge to the customer.
Returns & replacement
We do our absolute best to make sure you are happy with your purchase! If you’re unhappy in any way, please send a email to email@example.com stating your order number and the nature of the problem.
To exchange / return an item(s) eligible for return, please send the item(s) in unworn condition with tags attached to the following address:

*Make sure to include the original invoice. Without it, we will not be able to process your exchange / return
* Your exchange / return must be postmarked within 30 days of the initial ship date.
* Exchanges / returns received in worn condition will not be exchanged / refunded
* Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method
* Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error
